SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping Options:

    • Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $100)

    • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (Free on orders over $150)

    • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (Free on orders over $200)

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. 

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

 

Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at contact@theplaidpelican.com so we can assist you.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors during the ordering process.

Returns Due to Shipping Errors

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

    • With all tags attached and packaging intact

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Return Process:

    • Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@theplaidpelican.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

    • Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email.

    • Ship Back: Pack the item securely and attach the return label. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.

 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
